West Coast Hockey Prep Camp is thrilled to announce that Rich Sutter will be attending Week 1 for the Elite Female camp!
Rich is a member of the famous Sutter hockey family, one of 6 brothers that were in the NHL. Coach Sutter was drafted 10th overall in the 1982 NHL entry draft, where he went on to play 13 seasons for the Pittsburgh Penguins, Philadelphia Flyers, Vancouver Canucks, St. Louis Blues, Chicago Blackhawks, Toronto Maple Leafs and Tampa Bay Lightning. Rich played with his twin brother Ron for the Lethbridge Broncos in the WHL, winning a Memorial Cup in 1983 before later playing again with Ron for the Flyers.
Rich will be working with the girls all week on ice as a regular coach and will also be evaluating and conducting exit interviews with players at the end of the week. This is a incredible opportunity for the girls to meet and learn from Coach Sutter’s extensive hockey knowledge and experience. Come meet Rich at camp this summer!
