The West Coast Hockey Prep Camp provides all participants with a comprehensive program of on ice training, off ice skills training, strength and conditioning, and competitive hockey games.

NOTE: The art of running a great development camp is knowing when to pivot.  The schedules are subject to change.  These online schedules are the most up to date.  We will post the date we make any changes at the top of the schedule.

On-Ice Training

A high tempo program designed to improve fundamental skill development by utilizing the newest developments in teaching methodology from hockey experts worldwide. Wonder who coaches at our camp? Check out our latest coaching team!

Fitness and Skill Training

Hockey specific exercises improve a player’s explosive power, agility, strength, speed, endurance and balance. Our programs uses the latest techniques in off-ice training from Europe and North America, led by certified strength and conditioning specialists.

Hockey Games

Hockey Games are 60-75 minute on-ice scrimmages between teams of balanced calibre. They are designed to allow each player to compete and be measured against their peers; the games are game situation intensity. Teams play games in the 2nd ice time on Tuesday through Thursday and Friday mornings. Games are high paced and non-checking. We are here to help players prepare mentally and physically for the season ahead. We play non checking as per summer camp insurance and as a measure to minimize injury in the summer leading up to camp. Our approach allows our coaches to interact with the participants after each shift to further apply what has been worked on in practices.

Seminars by Guest Coaches and Staff

Seminars led by our world class guest coaches cover a topics of keen interest to them, designed to help athletes mature, learn, and develop as both players in the game of hockey and life.
