Our Residence Hall team works really hard to meet as many of these ‘same room’ requests as possible to ensure a wonderful experience for all our campers.

We aim to have your child roomed with 1 of their preferred friends. It is a large tetris puzzle but our team does there best and we ask that parents have any requests made by June 1, 2026 so our team get planning the rooms out.

There are 6-7 bunks per room and they are all right next door/across from each other and similar ages are kept together when possible.

It adds in increments of $20 and whatever they don’t use while at camp will be refunded back to your original payment method.

You can add to this by logging in to your account and heading to ‘Forms and Documents’ and you will find it under the ‘Additional Options’ Form.

If they see something they like but don’t have $$ on them – no sweat – we can bill it through there ‘Camp Spending Account’ which you can preload or add too while they are at camp.

We also accept Debit, Visa and Mastercard on site as well as we can give you a call on there behalf and add to there account with your permission.
