Payment Options:

Our website and credit card transactions are secure through a 3rd party provider, Pointstreak.  All receipts are auto-mailed from ‘regmail@pointstreak.com.’  Please add this email address to your address book to insure delivery to your inbox.  Sign up is quick and easy.  Simply create a family account then add your desired registrations.  Click here to register.

  1. Payment in full at sign up.

  2. Pay by automatic credit card installments: You can choose to make monthly payments through July 1st. The system advises the customer of payment dates and amounts during sign up.  It also sends you emails every time your account is updated or and installment is paid.
  3. Pay by cheque in full or monthly post dated cheques.  Payable to: West Coast Hockey Prep Camp, 102-1717 Haro Street, Vancouver, BC, V6G 1H1.  Please remember to add 5% GST to your total bill if paying by cheque.
  4. Cancellation Policy and Injury Credit – Cancellation Policy: We will not accept cancellations after May 31st, 2015. Credit for 2016 may be provided in the case of injury or sickness.  We stress the credit policy is meant for sick and injured players.

Cancellations before May 31st, 2015 are subject to a $150 cancellation fee.
